Happy Halloween my fellow ghosts & goblins!  Today's ingredients include:  monster intestines, witches brew, serpent's venom, spider's nest & more!  Drink if you dare >;-)

This smoothie is loaded with Vitamin C, beta-carotene, fiber, & will give you lots of energy!
